Yes!!!! You can. If you know the side lengths, say 7,9 & 11.
You need a ruler and a pair of compasses.
Draw you base line of '11' .
Open the compasses to '9' using the ruler.
Put one point of the compass on the end of the base line and draw an arc.
Again open the compasses to '7' . Put one point of the compass on the other end of the base line and draw an arc.
Where the two arcs intersect is the apex of the triangle.
So taking your ruler drawe a line from one end of the base line to the apex. ,and then again draw a line from the other end of the base line to the apex. You now have a 7,9, & 11. triangle(trigon).
Proving you know the side lengths, this method is hood for any shaped triangle.
