Is there proof of a global civilization prior to the great flood?

In Ur, archaeologists dug down for over fifty feet. There were several layers of civilizations, with an eight-foot thick layer of water-borne sediment between them. In the Black Sea, remains of houses can be seen by divers, two hundred feet underwater. The same is true in a number of widely separated locations over the globe, including North America.
