Who is above congress?

In the United States, the Constitution establishes that the President is the head of the executive branch and is often seen as the highest authority in the federal government, above Congress in terms of executive power. However, the Supreme Court, as the highest court in the judicial branch, also holds significant authority, especially in interpreting laws and resolving disputes involving Congress.
