You complete the game. And if you have 99 Gold bricks you get a fountain outside the cantina that gives endless amounts of studs. That's about it. On the Wii version, you'll have needed to obtain 160 gold bricks, as well as several other things, such as buying everything in the shop, obtaining all characters and ships, completing all challenge missions, and playing all six super stories (though you don't need to obtain the high score records on them). To ensure you have all characters and ships, go into "Free Play" mode and look at the grid of available options, and ensure that there are no question marks or blanks. Once you have 100%, you will have "Super Jedi Powers" unlocked, which means that when you play one of the customizable characters, a single character can do just about anything: Force, bounty hunter grenades, high jump, crawl through grates, etc.
