Does ice cream contain gluten

The ice cream itself is gluten free. But you have to be careful of toppings (no cookies, no graham cracker crust, no malts) and cross contamination. If you want a Blizzard, ask them to wash the blender apparatus first, or stick to sundaes/ice cream products that don't have to touch other implements.

Most chains will have an allergen chart on their website to let you know which products are safe. If you have questions, be sure to ask the manager at your local store.
