Is a Toyota 3sge to 3sfe engine swap simple?

I'm trying to find out, but 3sge to 3sfe is moving backwards because the ge head makes the 3s a high performace motor.

... Yes it is moving backwards but that does not answer the question.

The blocks are the same (apart from year model revisions like mount moves and flywheel bolt differences).

The manifolds, computer and probably engine wiring will also have to be changed.
