Where did Kate Middleton get her wedding dress?

A lot of her dresses are from a designer called Issa and her wedding dress was made by Sarah Burton who designs at Alexander McQueen. A dress she wore after the wedding was from high street brand Zara, so she doesn't only wear designer. She is a known fan of country clothing so she will probably own a Barbour jacket and Dubarry boots.
