How do you make a Tutu?

Here's how to make a tutu:

Step 1: buy some elastic and tulle, elastic: (your waist's lengh) tulle: About 1,5m by 30cm per layer.. you'll need about 3 or 4 layers.

Step 2: Take a long peice of thread on a needle (A bit longer than your waist's lengh), then take one piece of tulle and tread it on, but tread it every 5cm, almost like a curtain and do this to each piece.

Step 3: sew the elastic together to make a waistband

Step 4: Sew layer by layer on the edge of the tulle to the elastic (Use a machine)
