How to get motorcycle license in North Carolina?

To get I motorcycle license in NC, there are two ways to go about it. First, You could go to your DMV and get a learners permit, If I remember correctly, It just consists or a written test. The main limitation I remember is you cannot have a rider on your bike during your learners permit time, which I believe is 1 year. The simplest way I found is just go to the DMV with your bike trailered, take the written test, and then the driving test and you get your license right then. Just make sure you call ahead, many DMVs only have certain days and time for motorcycle tests. Hope this helps!! Randll
