Does the SR-71 Blackbird have stealth capabilities?

It is well shaped for it but materials (titanium + graphite) aren't good enough.

However it does follow some fundamental stealth rules when it comes to controlling the scatter of radar waves.

So back in the days it could be called stealth, today... not very much so.
