How old do you have to be to be a member in the HOR?

To be a member of the House of Representatives (HOR) in the United States, you must be at least 25 years old. Additionally, you must be a citizen of the United States for at least seven years and a resident of the state you represent. These requirements are outlined in Article I, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.
