What is an immature personality?

Like, if someone said to you ''you're so immature'' if you think the silly ways of things, and you make a pathetic suggestion, you would have an immature personality, where you make lots of weird statements.

An immature personality has features, often found in young people, where future events are not yet predictable (Mom is in the other room), where they do not want to go somewhere, and once there do not want to leave (2 year olds), and, in later teen years, being able to predict consequences or results of certain actions. There are many theories regarding this: BF Skinner (behavioral), Albert Bandura (Social Cognitive Theory) and others.
