What does quadropy mean?

Quadropy: An original concept of Multiple Personality Disorder dealing with three personalities. If left untreated these three personalities begin to overlap, creating severe brain damage and causes the development of a fourth personality, which often has a homicidal/suicidal mentality.

Something to note is this is not an officialdisorder, but very well could happen in the real world.
