Three choices:

First and most likely: You're not a girl, you just feel more in touch with your feminine side and relate to females more easily.

Two: It's not a penis, just an overly enlarged clitoris.

Three: You are a hermaphrodite. i.e. someone with the sexual organs of both sexes.
