your 86 cr250 can be bored to .080 oversized by using a wiseco piston kit. the only problem is the factory cylinder is nikisil coated over aluminum sleeve. if you bore the cylinder to oversize you will need to reapply the nikasil coating over the aluminum sleeve.
the only other option is to install a steel sleeve so you do not need to recoat the aluminum cyl. either way is not a cheap way to go.
