Not if it's genuine. The polygraph is based on physiological reactions in the subjects body. If you genuinely have no recollection of events surrounding a particular incident, the polygraph wouldn't detect any changes - However, if you try to fake memory loss in order to avoid answering a question, the machine will detect minor changes and flag the answer as false.
