Is Turkey a developed country

Turkey is listed as having a high development among countries and is the 92nd most developed nation. However, it is on the low spectrum of the developed countries, but has an arguably fast development rating. It is considered one of the world's newest industrialized countries, meaning it is already industrialized, and has one of the world's fasting growing economies. Turkey developed Western culture after the fall of the Ottoman Empire following World War I, which helped Turkey to become so developed.
