If you are referring to the finished brew not being a dark brown, it's impossible. Coffee is made of elements that are water soluble, so when the hot water runs over them they are extracted into the water and end up in the finished product.

There is no way to brew a pot of clear coffee, just as there is no way to brew clear tea or clear beer.
