What food items are taxed at the grocery store in Washington state and is there a published list of these foods?

Well . . . . . it wasn't, but the legislature in their infinite wisdom just passed a law taxing SOME candy bars. There is a 15-page list of 1200 candy bars showing which are taxed and which are not, that every retailer of candy bars must go through and apply to his daily sales.
