Well in america there is a area code 447 set for Illonis, but it hasn't been put into effect yet. And maybe that isn't what you think is an American number. To get into the United Kingdom, you gotta dial 44 and alot of mobile numbers are 7 and 8 after, but hopefully that'll answer it.
