Where do you find a evil puffle on club penguin?

If you have seen the video on YouTube they have drawn it because the one I saw had a cookie next to it at one stage then it smiled at ANOTHER one had it smiling showing its teeth but the origanal one at the start had an evil face... So long story short I am sorry but it doesn't exist.
