that depends on how tall a person is, the broadness of the person's bones, the age of the person, the amount of exercise and therefore tone of the person. one cannot answer the question of what a body looks like at 130 pounds. a 6 foot person would look like he was dying. im 5'2" and i look perfectly healthy at 130 pounds. someone only 4 foot 7 inches would probably look plump. this is an arbitrary question
