When and where was Saint Stephen the Martyr born?

It is unknown when Stephen, Christianity's first martyr, was born, but timelines put his death at about the year AD 35. He was only a young man when he died, so it may be surmised that he was born sometime in the first decade AD, i.e. probably between the years 1 and 10 AD.
We do not know. All we know is that he had been appointed as a deacon and was stoned to death about the year 33 A.D. while the future Apostle Paul looked on and approved.
