Who had the origingal idea for a pillow pet Pillow Pets or Happy Nappers?

Happy Nappers are copying Pillow Pets. Pillow Pets came before Happy Nappers. I saw Pillow Pets selling two years ago. I didn't even see Happy Nappers in stores yet. That's how Happy Nappers are copying Pillow Pets!!
