In which countries of the world are most shoes manufactured?

Most major shoe brand source the construction of their line to factories in China. There's a surge of outsourcing to Taiwan and Korea, but those tend to be lower price items. Mexico also has a sizable shoe factory business, but nowhere near the output of China.
