What form of government is a government in which the people rule?

There is no such government. The people SHOULD rule, but you let someone else do it for you. STOP IT! they have no right, they make your rules, you as a people! Need to tell them they don't ned a multi million dollar bonus. They should pay for health care... If you don't work for them, your giving these leetches a free ride! They get everything payed, BY YOU! Let them put on their work clothes and DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING! They can't! They have no skills, no side jobs, because your paying them too much to do anything for the American people, and folks say we got it good here.. morons with too much to say... Seen Brazil for the last 20 years? They don't have enough oil for us to care about them, THEY, our government, as Americans only care about Money. America didn't save Iran, or quait (sp) they saved an ALTERNATIVE oil reserve... They are monsters! When was the last time you got a check in the mail because we came to.an agreement with the oil barons? Obamas gonnna have a nice vacation.... Will you? NO!
