He believes that there should be one major ruler. he calls that man a kraken, or sea monster. he believes that all humans are born like beasts and are selfish at birth. totally opposite from john Locke. anyways,He was raised in a hostile environment which encouraged violent thoughts. he also thinks that a ruler can be overthrown.
