Why do some males get aroused watching a toddler being diapered?

This has more to do with identifying with the toddler and the enjoyable, sensual experience of having one's diaper changed than with anything sexual regarding the toddler. If a guy gets aroused watching this, he probably wants someone to change his diaper, too! ;) After all, it's something we all remember and probably enjoyed.
