Is night blindness a communicable disease?

Of course not. Night blindness is a temporary condition based on circumstances of light-dark. It is not a disease.

Communicable diseases must have a carrier and a receiver; one person has to give the disease to another person, and so on. Measles and Mumps are communicable diseases, for two examples.
