Why Is it illegal for men and women over the age of 18 to have less than one missing tooth visible while smiling?

Because whoever made that law is a retard. No really, im being serious, theres even a law somewhere in Arizona where woman are not allowed to wear pants. These laws were probably made years ago and their congress forgot or decided to let the stupid laws sty that way. But it doesnt really matter. This law is very poorly enforced along with the other stupid ones.
