How do you promote religious and racial harmony?

Religion and race are phenomena that have power to provide a different identity to be categorized in one particular category and that is on the basis of their same religion ex. Hinduism is religious category for all hindus , same islam is religion through which we identify the particular category person is a muslim . the term race is define on the biographical basis features that's categorized people in one . ex. the dravins of India are people have black skin tone, not so tall, they lived like tribal or primitive people , whereas the aryans were very tall, their skin is more fair then dravins and they are more civilized in living standard .

nowadays as we see there is very much of violence on communal basis has with just a minor issue and this is the biggest cause for seria isis violence a thousand of population became the victim of an evil ideology by some uneducated people who think themselves as the representative of god and their Words are law for all people and some other who support them make emotional, and poor people their first victim as the same things takes place in seria . and on violence on race was now remain very less at present as now the country which in past was the biggest example of racial violence has now a black on its peak position (mr. Barack Obama) . so these violences can be changed into harmony as now happen in u.s.a. these points are as follows-

.there should be healthy control of state over its citizens rights.

.if such violences take places then government should implement immediate and tough laws.

.there should not a huge communication gap between govt. and citizen .

.state should not permit any person with harmful ideology gave speech on open or public place .

. some fundamental right should be there as mention in the constitution of any country.
