What does tramadol show up as on a drug test?

I just participated in a 12 panel drug screen and came up positive for methadone. The only two drugs that I take and have prescriptions for are Tramadol and Cymbalta. I'm not sure which one is the trigger for a methadone

positive. My guess would be the Tramadol.
