It's impossible to estimate how many Words might be said in any person's lifetime, or even to guess at an average number of Words which might be said in the lifetimes of a number of people.

It depends on how long the person lives, which language or languages they speak, how talkative they are, whether they talk to themselves and, if so, how much, and so on.

We can't even estimate how many Words any one person knows, except at the end of their life, because a person's vocabulary increases on a regular basis from the moment they understand their first Words as infants to the moment they are no longer capable of learning and understanding new Words owing to illness, disability or death.

So, a person could die at birth, never having heard or uttered a single Word, or could die at one hundred years of age, having learned to speak eight languages fluently and with one brand new Word forming on their lips as they take their final breath: "Doctor, I'm dying of what?".
