How many Miami Indians tribe people are there today?

As of recent estimates, the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, which is the federally recognized tribe of Miami Indians, has around 2,000 enrolled members. Additionally, there are some Miami individuals and descendants living outside the tribe, but the official membership count is primarily based on those enrolled with the tribe. The tribe continues to work on cultural preservation and community development.
