Who challenged the dissolution of the First Constituent Assembly of Pakistan in the court?

Maulvi Tamiz ud Din challenged the dissolution in Sind Chief Court where he won the case. The Federation went to Supreme Court for revision the decision. The supreme Court set aside the decision of Sind Chief Court and withheld the Governor General' Act of dissolution is valid.
