Who makes US currency?

All US paper money is printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing at facilities in Washington and Fort Worth.

Popular myth and misunderstanding to the contrary, the US Mint ONLY makes coins. It too is an arm of the Treasury but is completely separate from the BEP.
