Why Nurses works in call center?

Absolutely. Imagine a call center for health related issues. A caller calls in with some questions about medication and its effects. Two people are available to take the call. One is bright and easy to talk to, but comes from a background in hardware sales. The other is a person who has some nursing coursework on that resume that got the person the job. Which one is better suited to take the call? Which one would you rather talk to about the side effects of steroids that have been prescribed for an inflamatory condition?
