Where to get rubber duck on Club Penguin?

there is a blue rubber duck in the 4th page (counting the color page and the make your own shirt page) hidden on the tip of the tree in the middle of the two penguins in the gift shop catolog. P.S you do have to be a member to get the blue rubber ducky
