That depends, if he was captured by the allies which was unlikely he would have been tried for war crimes and sentenced to death he probably would have been tortured while on death row.

if he was captured by the USSR which was more likely they would not have tried him at all and would torture him publicly in front of a cheering crowd of communists until he died.
