Everyday my nose drips blood. My dad says not to blow it. So I pick it and put it on tissue and it bleeds does that make it worse I spit blood too. Is it a bad sign what is it?

well i would ask my parents to take me to the doctors. Until the you should stop picking your nose. It could be a broken blood vessel. Sincerely,
