Who Remained Loyal to England?

I assume you are talking about the American Revolutionary War. A group called the Tories or Loyalists sided with England and the King.

In the beginning, Loyalists consisted of about 1/3 of the population. In Massachusetts, the British destroyed that group in the battles leading up to Bunker Hill.

The scorched earth policies and other stupid actions by the thugs in the British army meant that by the end of the Revolutionary War extremely few Loyalists remained. They mainly lived in the areas where the war and the British Army had not been. Florida, Canada, and the Sea Islands of Georgia remained Loyalist. A few scattered pockets in the Mid Atlantic States remained Loyalist. That was about all.

(The war ended when William Pitt the Younger addressed Parliament and explained what it cost to keep an army in America compared to the taxes they could expect to get from America. The number of Loyalists had nothing to do with ending the war.)
