Do guys avoid girls they like?

When a guy likes a girl, he doesn't want her to know it, not unless she says she likes him first, so the guy is sort of playing hard-to-get. Just, if you're a girl who like a guy and everyone tells you he likes you too but you feel like he's ignoring you, let him be. Or if you want to play a little game with him, ignore him back!
