Can Wisp come find his lamp after the day you find the empty lamp because I used it for a decoration for a long time on Animal Crossing City Folk?

just sell it to tom nook or send it to someone through mail,or put it in the recycling bin,once the night that wisp comes is over,u wont be able to find him again until another lamp appears (he looses his lamp AGAIN)
