How do you get from Montparnasse train station to Charles De Gaulle Airport?

Right outside of Montparnasse train station there is a shuttle bus that goes to Charles De Gaulle Airport- it's about a 55 minute ride- give yourself a lot of time because of the inevitable traffic.
