Do you have to have lawyer for your car accident?

Really depends on the situation. If your suing someone in small claims then maybe? If there is injuries you'll need medical certificate of merit and a whole host of other things an attorney would know more about than you. If it's a simple accident covered by each others insurance companies then no... Not really.
