What are folk arts in southern tagalog and bicol region?

In Southern Tagalog region, folk arts include the traditional textile weaving of the Mangyans in Mindoro and the pottery-making in Quezon province. In the Bicol region, folk arts such as pili nut crafts, abaca weaving, and the pabitin (hanging decorations) during fiestas are prominent.
