Are gap front teeth hereditary

I would say yes only based on observation though. If a person had horribly gapped teeth, most likely their parents won't have perfectly straight teeth either. And even if they do, I'm betting it's in the genes so it might not show up every generation.. Kind of like eye color, I have blue eyes yet my parents both have brown
