How does the geographical factors affect systems of education?

There are so many geographical factors that affect education for example the climate of an area affects education in the way that some areas which experience winter seasons,the winter affects the education system when ever its experience.Therefore it becomes away through which the geographical factors affect the education system. And in raining season, the way or road they travels to study is flood and destroy by raining. So, it can make them difficult to go their school or they've to wait until it stop raining and the road is out of flood; they can go to school. That's the reason they are give up their study and to avoid the accident happens on them when they are go away.
