Turn-signal does not switch off as you turn back your steering wheel on left side sometimes right side - now the lever won't go down to make blinker blink for a left turn?

If the turn signal no longer turns off automatically, there is probably a broken part inside the steering wheel for the turn signal switch. Part of the mechanism could have broken off and gotten jammed in the path of the lever.
