What is the normal dosage frequency for a 350mg somacid?

I am confused. What is the difference between somacid, flexeril, carisoprodol and cyclobenzaprine? I realize that one or more can be brand names, but what is what? Is dosage the same for all names? I've only heard about 350 mg. Thank you
